Easter

The countdown is on . Just 12 more days until Good Friday. My grandchildren are not fans of chocolate, so for Easter I always buy them some new winter pyjamas or a new dressing gown. They do like the sugar eggs though. Must have inherited that from me.
We will all get together on Easter Sunday at my youngest daughter's house, as she has lots of room. This year it will be later in the afternoon and into the evening, as daughter number 3 is a nurse, and she has to
work until 3pm. Over the last few years the trend to display Easter decorations has really taken on around Australia.I have joined this trend, and have a little Easter tree and some other bits and bobs.

I have been an avid blog reader for the last couple of years,
so I have decided to start my own blog, mainly as a way of
recording family stories , and events , so that my daughters and
their children can look back and see what the family got up to.

We recently had a wonderful family holiday to Fiji.

We spent our days swimming in the warm waters of beautiful Plantation Island
Resort. There was much laughter, and family bonding. A truly wonderful holiday.
